First date with ahma (and S).

I had my first lunch date (more like brunch actually...) with ahma and S last Saturday (29th Nov)...so excitinggg!!!

Before I tell you the details, I guess I owe you the story of why this post is posted after one week. The past days have been very busy for me and S...

Sunday: After church and dropping S off at her hostel, I had to come back home to finish preparing my presentation slides for my promotion!!! Although I can enjoy the salary increment for one or two months at max before going back, well it sets up a good foundation for me to come back with a higher salary in future. Also, I and S wouldn't say no to more $$$. ;)

Monday: As usual, I had 500 plus emails to clear and a lot of people to catch up with after my 3 days of annual leaves...and on top of that, my promotion presentation got postponed to the next day as Matt Macmanus wasn't free..haiz.

Tuesday: Had my promotion presentation finally!!! And the result was... excellent as usual (love my confidence level lol. Not showing off but I feel that this is my strength like Stuart said). Went out to Casino with Mark, Calum and Nick Pelling after work.

Wednesday: Meeting with S after work and bought a nice brown watch for my mom-in-law.

Thursday: Packing the whole day.

Friday: Went to JB in the morning/afternoon and now writing this post while S is reading her favourite zombie story on Kindle again...

I was praying hard that ahma would like the ginseng chicken soup + rice as it was my first time taking her out. FYI, she doesn't like to eat outside as she believes that outside food is not hygienic. We reached this small Korean restaurant called Bibigo @ Nex around 11.50am and entered the place after waiting for 15mins...  While waiting, ahma was commenting (fake) food on the display. I didn't understand what she said but I was hoping she was saying "waaaa these food look so yummy and I am going to finish them all. K is da besttt" haha.

I ordered some red chicken soup + rice while S ordered bbq-ed beef + rice. And we ordered ginseng chicken soup with black rice. And guess what... she loved the food! She finished all the food!!! She didn't eat much meat but she loved to bite every single chicken bone there was in the dish. According to S, that's the sign that ahma likes the food. This is how my mission of the first day with ahma & S was accomplished. :)

I am not good at all in writing (as I enjoy talking more) but I believe my writing skills will improve over time. Hope I can update in this blog more about my date with ahma & S together before I go back.
